About this consultation

	Cheshire West and Chester Council is looking at Day Services for people with a learning disability.
	Day Services are places where people with a learning disability can go to take part in activities.
	We want to make Day Services better in the future.
	Now, most Day Services are provided by Vivo Care Choices, and take place in council buildings.
	In future, we want people to have more choice.
	We want you to be able to choose from different activities in different places in the local area.
	We want everyone to be able to do things they are interested in and learn new skills.
	We have worked with a small group of people with a learning disability, as well as their families and carers, and some of the people who provide Day Services, to come up with ideas to make Day Services better in the future.
	Before we decide what to do, we want to know what you think. We need your answers by Wednesday, 8 May 2024.
