The Climate Emergency Response Plan Engagement is now closed.

The engagement findings report will be available here later this year.
Your views are really important and what you have told us will be used to help shape the draft Climate Emergency Response Plan 2025-2030 for the borough, which will then be shared for public consultation later this year.
The Council's Climate Change team will be attending some of the borough's libraries throughout August, providing you with an opportunity to share your views on the proposed Climate Emergency Response Plan.
The team will be in attendance on the following dates.
Thursday, 1 August – Ellesmere Port Library, 3pm - 6.45pm
Thursday, 8 August – Storyhouse, Chester, 3pm - 6.45pm
Thursday, 15 August – Malpas Library*, 3pm - 6.45pm
Thursday, 22 August – Northwich Library (located in Weaver Hall Museum), 3pm to 6.45pm.
Thursday 29 August - Winsford Library, 4pm - 6.45pm.
*Please note Malpas library is based in the local high school, which will be closed during the school holidays. If the gate at the entrance to the site is closed, please phone the number on the gate for admittance.
