We would like to understand your views on Chester City Centre Public Protection Order

The Council is currently reviewing the Public Space Protection Order (PSPO) covering Chester City Centre. A PSPO gives local councils and local police additional powers to tackle anti-social behaviour in specific locations.

The Chester City Centre PSPO includes the following measures:

  • Deterring the use of Psychoactive Substances (also known as Legal Highs)
  • Deterring Public Urination / Defecation

We want to know your views on whether these measures should continue and remain in place.

How your views will be used
