Boughton Keep Fit Street Session
Every Sunday at 5pm it's Kathy's Keep Fit in our street.
A trained Fitness Instructor, Kathy leads a 45min aerobic session, with music, to all who want to join in from our street community.
Keeping a safe distance apart, we follow (the best we can) with jumping jacks, squats, grapevines, spotty dogs and more besides.
Heart rates are up and it's also lots of fun.
It's just one of the ways our local street community has come together to share some time, some laughter and raise morale
