Postcards of Hope

Here at Primary Care Cheshire, West Cheshire's GP Federation, we are REALLY proud to be working alongside local schools to create and distribute messages of hope and compassion across the area.

Children in local schools are creating 'Postcards of Hope' which are then being delivered to local residents and Care Homes.
