Stronger Futures
We love the stories you are adding here to Inspire Cheshire West – keep them coming! It’s heartwarming to see the way our communities are pulling together to help each other through this pandemic.
Because you’ve played such an integral part in the response to COVID-19, we wanted to let you know how you can play an equally important role in creating our borough’s future.
We know that this pandemic is not over and communities across the area still need our, and your, help, and we want to reassure you that the Council’s priority continues to be protecting lives and livelihoods.
But it’s also the right time to start looking at how we can prepare the borough for a stronger future and make it an even better place to live and work.
Please share your views in the Stronger Futures engagement – and spread the word to family and friends too.
You can take part using our dedicated Stronger Futures website where there are three questions you can answer – what do you think should be the focus to build a stronger future, how do you think the Council can help and how can you and your community help?
If you know someone that does not have internet access but would be keen to take part, they can write to Stronger Futures, Insight and Intelligence, Cheshire West and Chester Council, Council Offices, 4 Civic Way, Ellesmere Port, CH65 0BE or telephone the Council’s Contact Centre on: 0300 123 8 123 and quote ‘Stronger Futures’.
For those of you who have been spending more time walking and cycling in the past two months, you may also be interested in the Council’s Walk. Ride. Thrive campaign. This aims to encourage even more people to enjoy a summer of active travel and to share their views on how investment can be made to support more walking and cycling.
We look forward to hearing from you and working together to build a stronger future for our borough.
