A copy of the feedback report is available here. The Council budget and services were discussed by Council on 20 February 2020. Information about the meeting is available here.
Council-wide services include areas such as human resources, finance, ICT, legal, transformation and data gathering, and engaging with residents.
A key priority in this area is to enable an efficient and empowering council, particularly as we move forward from COVID-19.
We have developed a number of proposals to balance the budget and ensure there is enough money to tackle these priorities.
