Please use the toolkit to engage with your service users on the future of day services, to help understand their views and ensure future services reflect their needs.
Cheshire West and Chester Council is redesigning day services for adults aged 18 and over who have a learning disability and/or neurodivergent people, to make sure the service is centred around each person’s individual needs and provides value for money.
We want to hear people’s views on the future of day services, in particular each of the ideas we have for day services. We are keen for as many people as possible to be able to take part in the consultation on day services, to ensure the ideas reflect what people want. More information can be found on the consultation's dedicated webpage here.
The toolkit has been created to support staff to undertake engagement activities with people who currently attend day services to help them take part in the consultation and give their feedback on the ideas for the future of day services.
