The Council is reviewing how drug and alcohol support is delivered in Cheshire West and Chester and we would like your views on the current service, in particular what is working well and what could be improved.

The service is provided by Via - New Beginnings, a national charity (previously known as the Westminster Drug Project or WDP), on behalf of Cheshire West and Chester Council. They run three local hubs in Chester, Ellesmere Port and Northwich.

Via helps people to cut down their drug and alcohol use, to use more safely, or to stop completely. The service is free, confidential and non-judgemental and support is available for young people and adults, and is delivered face-to-face, online, or by phone.

We would like to hear from residents who live in Cheshire West and Chester or professionals who support people affected by drugs and alcohol.
