Christmas and New Year can be a joyful exciting time. However, it can also be difficult, straining us mentally, emotionally, physically and financially.
Help is at hand. There are many services that can offer free help and support. All the services below can be contacted free of charge.
If you or someone you know needs help for a mental health crisis or emergency, you can go to NHS 111 online or call 111 and select the mental health option.
