Proposals have been developed by considering how we can achieve savings and still meet the needs of our children and their families, particularly those who need our support the most and who are our most vulnerable.

These proposals for the future Healthy Child Programme service are outlined below. These are the only elements of the service that are currently being considered for changes.

Further details, including the potential impacts on people using the service, are provided on separate web pages.

Proposal 2 – Reducing the scope of the School Nursing Service in mainstream secondary schools.

Proposal 3 – Reducing (3a) or Ending (3b) the delivery of the Family Nurse Partnership (FNP) Service.
