Participate Panel Sign-in Instructions

Please note that Participate Panel engagement activities are only accessible to Participate Panel members, which is why you need to sign in to take part.

If you are having trouble signing in, please follow the simple steps below:

1. Either click on the following link or copy and paste it into your internet browser to access the Our Place Survey: https://cheshirewestandchester.gov.uk/ourplacesurvey
2. The first page you will see is a sign-in page that will ask you to enter your email and your password.
3. In the 'Email or Login' box please type your email address, which is the email address you gave to us when you joined the Participate Panel.
4. In the 'Password' box please type in your password. Please note that the password is case sensitive.
5. Click the grey ‘Sign In’ button.
6. You should be taken to the ‘Our Place’ webpage - you can access the survey by scrolling to the bottom of the page and clicking ‘Complete a survey’.

If you have forgotten your password, or mislaid your original invitation email, please follow the simple steps below:

1. Either click on the following link or copy and paste it into your internet browser to access the Our Place Survey: https://cheshirewestandchester.gov.uk/ourplacesurvey
2. The first page you will see is a sign-in page that will ask you to enter your email and your password.
3. If you have forgotten your password simply select ‘Forgot password?’ on the sign-in page.
4. The ‘Reset your password’ screen is displayed - please enter your email address and select ‘Submit’.
5. You will receive a computer-generated email in your inbox (you may need to check your junk folder).
6. Select the ‘Reset password’ button in the email - this will display the ‘Change your password’ page.
7. Follow the instructions given on the page to reset your password.
8. Once you have reset your password, you will need to follow the link above to take part in the survey.
