The Healthy Child Programme (HCP) is part of the Starting Well service, which is currently provided by Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. The Starting Well service delivers support for children, young people and their families and carers across Cheshire West and Chester. The Starting Well Service is for 0-5 years and 5-19 years (up to 25 for thosewith Special Educational Needs and Disabilities(SEND))and includes Children’s Centres. Support is provided through pregnancy, parenting, child development,health and wellbeing and education. The Starting Well team includes Health Visitors, nursery workers, early year workers and School Nurses.
