Volunteers
Koala North West are supported by volunteers; local parents who train for 8 weeks and are given the skills and tools to offer peer support to local families. Volunteers provide emotional and practical support to families, once a week, to help them with a parenting goal. This could be support to get out and about with their child, feel confident in supporting their child’s development, or support with breastfeeding.
They are always looking for more volunteers, so if you are interested in helping out you can find more details and sign up here: Volunteering Vacancies - Koala North West
