I am one of the shielded resident within Cheshire West and Chester.

Few weeks ago I contacted the COVID HELP LINE to register under the vulnerable category. My call was answered by a CSR with QWEST SERVICES within the council, he was very polite and professional. 
I explained to the CSR that I was desperate for my prescription to be picked up, he told me he would pass on my information to the Council and they will be in touch.

 A day later I received a call from a nice Gentleman who works for the Council, asked me how I was doing, took all my details which he passed on to the Volunteer teams. 

I was VERY PLEASED the following day when a nice lady knocked at my door and dropped off my prescription. I just want to say A MASSIVE THANK YOU! to all teams at Cheshire West and Chester Council. You are doing a FANTASTIC JOB
