Before we look at significant changes to services, we always explore technical adjustments to budgets that will reduce our costs, and also not have an impact on service delivery. These include things like vacancy management, charging services to available grants, and ensuring our charges reflect costs. None of these include changes that require consultation, and are a feature of a well-managed organisation, but they are included in Appendix A for transparency. Overall they contribute £7.5 million of savings over the next two years.
