As well as looking after others, we need to look after ourselves. Many of us will have changed our lifestyles as a result of the Covid-19 epidemic whether that is altering our daily routines or  finding new  ones.  Mind’s five ways to wellbeing  can help us look after our wellbeing by:

  • Being physically active
  • Learning new skills
  • Giving to others
  • Taking notice
